How to contact the event organizer?

 

Each event posted on socialmonster.com has been created by someone who created a profile on our site. In that profile, they will have provided organizer details and contact information.

For Open Events, you will need to log into your FREE membership profile to see contact information. For Private Events, your invitation will open the event details, including contact information.

Social Monster is not responsible for the validity of contact information provided by event organizers.

Should you find that the contact information provided is not correct, please send that information to us: support@socialmonster.com. Include event name and information that is not correct. We will reach out to that organizer directly. Should we find there is an error and no correction is made within a reasonable amount of time, the event will be made inactive and any payments made to event organizer will need to be challenged/request for refund placed through your method of payment such as credit card or PayPal.

Should the event you paid to attend not occur and the contact information is no longer current, you should immediately contact your payment source for refund. We also request that you inform us of this unlikely situation: support@socialmonster.com

Otherwise, you should find events to run smoothly and organizers eager to communicate with you so that their events are that much better because you are a part of it!
